SENSATION

Your senses are your gateway to the outside world. You can see these images, hear my voice, taste, smell, and touch the environment around you. That raw input, the light, the sound, etc. is received by sensory receptors around your body, then processed into a perception in your mind. Sensation and perception are both subject to psychological influence. For example (background of video will have changed color slightly throughout this section demonstrating change blindness.)
