INDIVIDUAL BEHAVIOR
So you’ve sensed the world, you’ve processed it, and you feel some type of way about it. What’s next? You take action. You interact with the world. Your behavior is the complex result of biological, psychological, and social factors.
Your behavior as an individual is influenced by a number of factors, including your biology - your nervous and endocrine systems, your genetics. It’s also influenced by your personality, level of motivation, and attitude. Your behavior can be healthy or unhealthy - when patterns of behavior interfere with day-to-day functioning we call it a psychological disorder.
